Criminal Mindspacked quite a few developments into the season 3 finale , and with time of year 4 just about to begin here ’s a bit of a recap and depth psychology of the show .
The BAU ( Bahavioral Analysis Unit ) lead to New York to deal with what appear to be random killings . Random was not what they were .

In the interim , Derek has a potential promotion uncommitted to him and Jennifer Jareau is pregnant . ( The actress , A.J. Cook was really significant . She learned about it while on the solidification of her picture , Misconception , a movie about a surrogate female parent . Trippy . )
The show comes at us with one heck of a nous curve ball . We ’re watching different team appendage at the end of the day , as their evening comes to a conclusion , they ’re all start out into their black SUV ’s and one of them detonate . ( One of the SUV ’s , not the role ! )
To me , it looks like one of the team has just been hit , and my smell is that the terrorists were not just try the police agencies response prison term , but possibly , the whole thing was a lure for one of the BAU agents . But that ’s just my take .
According to TV Guide , the season premiere is pretty serious and someone bid farewell to the squad . That ’s all I ’m gon na give you because I consider it will be full to be surprised with nerveless new things . The only other affair I would top on is if you ’ve seen any of the trailer , do n’t be misled !

Last time of year , they start presenting theCriminal Mindsepisodes from a new perspective . antecedently , we ’d watch the BAU pursue the un - sub ( obscure Subject ) and then they would zero in on their quarry . Last season , they started register both side of the par . The un - sub as he conk out about his business , and the team pursuing his clues . It took some of the playfulness out of wondering who or what , but they made up for it with decent part interaction and development , and there were many last season .
Too many to even attempt to touch on . Criminal Mindsstars Thomas Gibson , Joe Mantegna , Shemar Moore , and Matthew Gray Gubler . Season 4 starts September 24 , on CBS .
