After having gotten the Smile Curse from a drug dealer , Skye has to care with the horrific events that haunt her while still balancing her career as a world - famous daddy star . Despite constantly getting caught up in violence , visions , and lie , Skye manages to cover her cart track fairly well , with the exception of one major incident .
