There ’s something about it – how the characters are write , or the musical rhythm of the dialogue , or the tone – that pushes me away . Or , rather , causesmeto pushitaway . In the past , I ’ve contend to identify what exactly is this cinematic Chinese parsley that I scorn so powerfully and others seem unbothered by .
