While she was the one who caught Christian in the first movie , Addai - Robinson ’s role , Agent Medina , will lick with him in the sequel . In addition to Addai - Robinson , the cast of the movie include Ben Affleck , Jon Bernthal , and Daniella Pineda .
Addai - Robinson : I , like you , wondered when I return for the subsequence , I thought , " Okay , when we last see Marybeth , JK , as Ray King , was sort of handing over the truncheon . She ’s step into that persona . " And then , when I record the script , without cave in any spoilers away , I thought , " Oh , okay , this is n’t go to be quite what I thought for what Marybeth is going to have . " But I just was very unrestrained to get to revisit this character and this world again , because it just felt like there was more tale to secern . " So , I think we have done what is very difficult to do , which is make a sequel that go up to the original and heightens everything , elevates everything , and gives you even more . So , I ’m really proud , and I ’m very excited , because I feel like audience who love the first one are really choke to bang the 2d one .

Addai - Robinson : I was n’t go to say well , because they ’re unlike in what they ’re doing , but for certain , there ’s a unlike experience , I mean , for the audience on the sequel . There ’s humor , which we did n’t necessarily have as much of a humorous component in the first one . You have to have these bigger setpieces , in terms of activity , fresh characters that also bring in an add element . So , I just think that the audience was chomping at the spot for a subsequence , they had to hold back almost nine years , and now they ’re going to get something that ’s truly worth the wait .

WhileAddai - Robinson did n’t want to claim thatThe Accountant 2is better than the first celluloid , the trailers and early reviews give me hope . It is not surprising that the sequel has more bodily fluid , since it has become more common to insert more comedy into natural action movies . to boot , I am excited to hear that the movie will admit bigger action set pieces . Therefore , while it is currently severe to say whetherThe Accountant 2will be good than the first celluloid , I think the added bodily fluid and more acute action will make it a more entertaining plastic film .
